Background
Brief Strategic Family Therapy® (BSFT™) is based on a brief intervention used to treat young people in the risk zone for drug use in adolescence when it occurs with other behavioral problems. BSFT™ is an empirically based family therapeutic model developed and tested in over 3 decades of clinical research at the University of Miami. BSFT™ is recognized as an effective program of several academic and national (USA) organizations to reduce or stop drug abuse and related behavior problems in adolescents.
Conference Objectives
The aim of the conference is to disseminate knowledge about the method in Sweden, which is recognized as an effective program of several academic and national (USA) organizations to reduce or stop drug abuse and related behavior problems in adolescents.
